The subscription is auto-renewable, with payment charged after confirmation. To avoid renewal charges, users must cancel 24 hours before the subscription period ends. End of Trial and Subscription Renewal:

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon purchase confirmation
• Subscription will automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the current period ends
